Flageolets à l'ail

J’adore accompagner le gigot d’agneau avec les flageolets revenus à l’ail. Mais ils accompagnent très bien aussi d’autres viandes ou poissons. Vous n’êtes pas obligés de mettre de la graisse de canard et les préparer rien qu’avec de l’huile d’olive.

 

Préparation :  10 min

Ingrédients

600 g de flageolets extra fin (en boîte)

Ail

Persil

1 c à soupe huile d’olive

1 c à soupe de graisse de canard

Sel, poivre

 

Préparation

Rincer et égoutter les flageolets. Dans une casserole faire chauffer l’huile d’olive et la graisse de canard. Faire revenir l’ail coupé finement à feu doux puis verser les flageolets, mélanger et laisser 5 min en remuant de temps en temps. Ajouter le persil ciselé, 1 tasse d’eau et laisser encore 5 min. Servir Chaud.
